2. How long until I receive my order?

All Orders are shipped Fedex or UPS with in 24 hours unless item or items are backordered. Delivery should arrive within 5 business days. Unless you pick a different shipping method.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

4. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Only certain states must pay sales tax, you will be notified if taxes apply to your order before completing the checkout.

Our normal business hours are Customer Service Department Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm est. Ordering Department Mon.-Fri. 7:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. est.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50.00.

2nd Day Shipping:

10. What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy on all Lingerie if not 100% satisfied minus shipping and handling. On Our Clearance items or closeouts we can do a return minus shipping & handling. You will need a copy of the original invoice for returns.
